A recurring donation was unsuccessful, what should I do?

If the recurring donation was charged via credit card it will be automatically retried 3, 5 and 7 days after the scheduled date. For example, if there were insufficient funds on the card at the scheduled time, you can just add funds to the card and wait a few days. If all retries fail, your recurring donation will be cancelled.

If your card has expired, or is about to expire, you should instead update your billing details.
