Felicia Broddén

Felicia is an Operations Associate at Giving What We Can, where she designs hiring processes, builds internal systems, and supports cross-team execution. Her work focuses on building structured, scalable processes that enable our teams to operate effectively and transparently.

She previously worked as a researcher in public governance and sustainability, contributing to projects on sustainability justice, social inclusion, and policy design across Europe. Felicia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Alongside her work for GWWC, she co-founded and runs the NGO Love School Foundation, which supports a school in Kenya.

Her interests lie in understanding how organizations can align strategy, systems, and culture to become more effective - and ultimately contribute more meaningfully to solving global challenges.

Outside of work, she lives a semi-nomadic life between Northern Europe and the Canary Islands, spending much of her time sailing on her sailboat, and usually surfing, kitesurfing, running or camping with friends.
