This year, I am taking on the challenge of the M̶o̶r̶z̶i̶n̶e̶-̶A̶v̶o̶r̶i̶a̶z̶ [attempt 2] Peak District 100km trail run. Spending countless hours training outdoors has rejuvenated my deep appreciation for the natural world and acted as a stark reminder of what is at stake if we fail to protect it.

While running 100km is a personal milestone, I want to use this momentum to support a parallel goal: safeguarding our planet's future. Another of my goals is to give more to charitable causes, as such, to kickstart this effort, I WILL BE MATCHING ALL DONATIONS UP TO A PERSONAL TOTAL OF £2,000, meaning anything you give will be doubled.

WHY THE GIVING GREEN GRANTMAKING FUND?
My commitment to this cause isn't new, it is the reason I have spent my entire career working in renewable energy. But while I focus on the technical side of the transition, finding, vetting, and tracking the most effective climate charities worldwide is an entirely different challenge. I don't have the time to do that research justice.
