Hi everyone!

If you're reading this, my time in the team is coming to an end, or maybe already has (writing this feels like I'm in a Christopher Nolan movie). Some of you might wish to contribute to a collection to celebrate my time in AA - and before I go any further, I'd like to really, truly thank you for your generosity, it means a lot to me :)

You may not know this about me but I'm quite involved with the Effective Altruism community. You may already be familiar with it, or it may ring a bell far off in the distance (hopefully not because of the FTX scandal), or maybe you've never heard of it at all - whatever your level of familiarity, I'm always buzzing to talk about it, so please feel free to reach out! Although I appreciate that Google might be ever so slightly more knowledgeable than I am, so I guess that wouldn't be too bad (as the second best choice, of course).

Effective Altruism is a framework focusing on doing the most good with the limited resources that we have, as well as the community of people sharing this idea. Making an EA-themed fundraiser is a good example of having positive impact.

Which is why I created this one! No matter the size of the donation you feel comfortable with, and whether you make one at all, the fact you are reading this is already a resounding success in my eyes - you learned something new about me, and maybe even EA or one of the funds I suggested will spark your interest.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you, not only for reading, but also for being a fantastic part of a fantastic team. I have genuinely, thoroughly enjoyed working with you during my placement. It has had a hugely positive impact on me as a Data Scientist, as well as a person.
