This Giving Season, High Impact Engineers (HI-Eng) invites you to donate to highly effective charities who reduce suffering and improve the wellbeing of people and animals both in the present and longer-term future.
It’s tough to select only a handful of charities to include in this fundraiser so we’ve selected three engineering related charities whose missions either directly or indirectly support the work of impact-oriented engineers.

High Impact Engineers aims to increase the quantity of impactful work done by (physical) engineers across the globe. Through providing resources, 1-1 support and a community of like-minded people we help engineers increase the impact they can have with their careers.
Cause area: Improving animal welfare The Good Food Institute (GFI) is an international nonprofit working to improve the food system by developing and promoting plant- and cell-based alternatives to animal products.
Cause area: Multiple cause areas The Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is an international nonprofit that promotes technical and policy change for the climate. CATF values pragmatism and believes all promising options should be explored to prevent catastrophic climate change.
