Instead of a traditional registry, we're using our wedding as an opportunity to support causes we care deeply about. We've chosen charities that are making an extraordinary impact, helping improve the lives of humans and animals around the world.
If you'd like to contribute to these charities in our honor, we'd be truly grateful. We'll be splitting anything raised equally between Ansh and The Good Food Institute.
Ansh works to save the lives of premature and low birth weight newborns in India through Kangaroo Care — continuous skin-to-skin contact with a caregiver. It's a simple, proven intervention that reduces newborn deaths by around a third. It's one of the most cost-effective ways we know of to save a life: it costs just $85 to ensure a vulnerable baby receives care and an estimated $2,500 to save their life.
The Good Food Institute supports research into plant-based and cultivated meat, with the aim of making these a real alternative to factory farmed animal products. It's one of the most effective ways we know of to reduce animal suffering at scale and could help build a food system that's better for animals, better for the climate, and more resilient for people around the world.
We can't think of a better wedding gift than that! Any contribution, however small, means a great deal to us.

This fundraiser is for Hannah and Richard's wedding

Neonatal Care
Ansh reduces neonatal mortality in India by building capacity in government hospitals to deliver Kangaroo Care, including skin-to-skin contact, breastfeeding support, and danger sign monitoring for at-risk newborns.

Advancing Alternative Proteins
The Good Food Institute accelerates the transition of the world’s food system toward alternative proteins by developing and promoting plant- and cell-based alternatives to animal products.
