Election Candidate: GiveDirectly

GiveDirectly is a nonprofit that lets donors send money directly to the world’s poorest households. They believe people living in poverty deserve the dignity to choose for themselves how best to improve their lives — cash enables that choice.

This fundraiser was set up as part of the EA Forum Donation Election event, but it’s a normal fundraiser: donations to this fundraiser will be designated for GiveDirectly, not for the Donation Election Fund or anything else.
