Welcome to my birthday fundraiser page! It is my birthday on April 12th, and I think it would be really great to help raise money for charity. Malaria kills 600,000 people every year, mostly children under 5 in sub-Saharan Africa. This is really unfortunate, as this disease is easily preventable. For just $10, you can buy preventative medicine to protect a child from malaria. Talk about value!!! This has been backed as one of the best “bangs for your buck” in charity by the United Nations and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
