How do I know that my donations are making it to the intended programs?

If you’d like to check that our supported programs have received your donation then you can simply reach out to them and ask. They can use your payment reference to search the reports that we provide them, or if you opt-in to share your contact details they can also search by your email address. They will be able to see your donation as soon as it is reconciled in our accounting software and they will receive the donation in their next grant. At the moment, our grantmaking cycle is quarterly so the donations from the past couple of months may not have reached our supported programs yet.
