GWWC's donor community already gives tens of millions every year, and while the broader community is well supported, no one has been dedicated to building personal relationships with our most engaged and generous donors. That means a huge opportunity: deeper engagement across hundreds of high-impact philanthropists, re-activating lapsed donors, and growing giving over time. You'd be building this function from scratch, and if you're successful, millions more will flow to highly impactful charities. Your work will tangibly reduce suffering at a scale few other jobs can get close to.
