About Julia

Julia is a Berlin-based professional who is currently working in the climate tech industry. With degrees in Entrepreneurship and General Management from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences as well as EBS University, as well as her roles in climate technology, venture development and food delivery, she has a deep understanding of business strategy and development.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Julia is also an active advocate for effective giving and sustainability initiatives. She joined us as a member in early 2021, became an ambassador in 2022, and is now the driving force behind our Berlin Group.

About Moritz

With a background in physics, Moritz currently works as a data scientist in the field of sustainability consulting in Berlin. Outside of work and university, he has several years of experience in Effective Altruism community building, including founding the local EA group in Heidelberg in 2022.
Moritz joined the Try Giving Pledge in 2021 and later took the GWWC Pledge. He is passionate about promoting a commitment to effective giving within and beyond the EA community.
Having moved to Berlin in 2023, Moritz is looking forward to establishing an active GWWC group in the city.
